This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product recommendations, preparing quotes, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales.
TELLER
As a Customer Service Representative at Scarlet Blinds, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and service related to our range of window blinds. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, managing bookings, and resolving any issues efficiently.
