WHAT HAPPENS TO THE APPOINTMENT DAY FOR QUOTE?
Our sales representative will approach your door with an initial telephone call and show you the samples and designs of blinds you are looking for.
WHAT IS FITTING TIME LEAD?
Well, it depends on the type and design of blinds you have selected, as it is made to measure, so it varies; Vertical 10 days, Venetians 14 days, Roman 20 days roughly.
WHAT IF WE CHANGE MIND ABOUT FITTING DATE?
Trust me, this is the most asked question to us than anything else; if you think you have chosen some different which you didn’t want now, we allow 24 hours from the deposit payment type, after 24 hours. We forward it to the manufacturing unit from no reverse/cancellation. Unfortunately, you need to pay extra to amend or pursue the change you want.
WHAT HAPPENS ON THE FITTING DAY?
Scarlet Blind’s fitter will call at your door on a fitting day with an initial phone call to make sure you are available. Please make sure all the windowsills are clear and the fitter have access to the windows where fitting required. If you have already blinds on the window, you need to put them down for the fitter, please.
WHAT IF WE CHANGE MIND ABOUT FITTING DATE?
Most Certainly, if you are not available on agreed date or time, you can ring us at least 24 hours before so we can plan well ahead.
WHO DO YOU SELL TO?
We sell direct for trade both, to individual customers and offices in the UK as a wholesale supplier of all sorts of blinds and plantation window shutters.
WHERE ARE YOUR SHUTTERS MADE?
Our shutters are manufactured at our exclusive factory in China. We have developed a close working relationship with our production partner to ensure that every shutter is made to an exceptional standard.
HOW DO I GO AHEAD WITH THE QUOTE?
Once you have received a quote from our supplier, simply call us or email us; we will take the deposit amount, ranging from 30 to 80 per cent of the total amount depending on the blinds and shutters. Your order will then be sent to our factory to get underway within a matter of hours.
HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
It is usually 12 months warranty for blinds, and a three-year warranty covers all our shutter ranges.
